NIBE is hiring staff for production facility in Markaryd

NIBE is now looking for staff for one of our production facilities in Markaryd where we manufacture exhaust air heat pumps. As an employee in production, you will be an important part of NIBE's production process and manufacture products in accordance with our high quality standards. You will work in teams where you closely collaborate with your team leader.

About the role

We are currently seeking staff for our soldering department and production lines.

The working hours are during the day, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, but two-shift work may occur. The majority of the tasks are performed on a piece-rate basis (piecework).

Does this sound like you?

As a person, you are practical and enjoy working with your hands. You also possess good teamwork skills and value quality while wanting to work efficiently. The assembly work is on a production line, where you work on a track with multiple stations. Therefore, the ability to collaborate is essential as you mostly work in teams. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

If you have previous experience in assembly and have soldered copper pipes before, it is an advantage.
